Nice neighborhood, very responsive, large yard with a deck.

Quaint home in beautiful historic district. Felt safe and comfortable in the peaceful neighborhood . Host was extremely responsive after we had a mishap with the doorhandle.

Great location for mid town events & close to great restaurants. Clean, spacious and quiet. Very comfy beds. Bonus that it's pet friendly and they have special treats for the pets as well.

The house was very cozy for us and we enjoyed having a nice comfortable place to come back to after spending the day with family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Darling home in an excellent location. Quiet, super clean, and overall just pretty. The home had everything I needed… and then things I didn’t know I would need! (Umbrellas!) The weather was terrible so we stayed in but I was able to get work done and hide from the storms. I brought my two dogs and they were comfortable and enjoyed the spacious yard. Lots of zoomies. We had lovely walks around the neighborhood and TU. Beyond accommodating and helpful hosts. We will definitely stay again (but will look at the forecast this time!)

The house was our best Airbnb so far, and this was our 5th time traveling. I loved that it had two living spaces. The adults in our group could relax and chat while my son was watching TV in the other living room. Large dining table was perfect for our meals and journaling/ coloring for quiet time. This home is absolutely beautiful. While pet friendly it’s also toddler friendly. Simple yet gorgeous decorations that I didn’t have to make sure my toddler couldn’t eat 😆 Chelsea and Justin are very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

This is a cozy house in one of Tulsa's historic neighborhoods. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Some of our usual "nice to have" preferences were missing, but older houses like this can't really provide those amenities, no matter how well it's updated. To be clear, it has been well updated. The back yard has a nice deck and good seating. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay and all the little touches of thoughtfulness around the house were noticed and appreciated. All around, we'd be happy to stay here again.

We loved staying at this beautiful home. It was more spacious than imagined. We felt right at home. We were in town for a dog show. The backyard was a great size for our dog to run around. It was all grass and clean. Highly recommend! Chelsea was a delight to communicate with.

Chelsea’s home was the perfect stay. I am a business traveler and I was most appreciative of Chelsea’s flexibility with my check in and her attentiveness/communication. Also, I work nights and the black out curtains allowed me to rest comfortably during the day. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I wish I had a chance to relax in the large back yard. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is quaint and safe. Her home will be added to my list for my future trips.

We had a great stay! Had some issues with the internet but Chelsea was so proactive and helpful getting it solved for us, we couldn’t have asked for better communication. Stayed with our 2 year old and was very comfortable. The place was well cared for, beds were comfy, location was central. Wasn’t anything super fancy but was exactly what we needed for our weekend and perfect for the price. We’d definitely come back and stay here, especially with the host!

Such an adorable property and within 5 min of so many fun things in Tulsa. If you have kiddos make the 8 min drive to The Gathering Place. It’s the perfect park for all ages of kids.

Had a great stay! It was the perfect place for our toddler and newborn and close to great restaurants for mom and dad’s date night. Bonus was having the foosball table and a pack and play. The beds were also super comfy!

Our stay was top notch. It’s across from the University of Tulsa and was easy to find. Chelsea was immediately responsive to messages and was extremely accommodating. The home was exactly like the pictures, beautiful, chic, clean, spacious, comfortable and secure. We will definitely look Chelsea up if and when we come back to Tulsa!

This house was perfect. We were very close to the Expo Center. Chelsea worked with us when we needed to check in early for my son to nap, and mailed me something we forgot when we left. The kitchen has the necessary items, if you’re doing a ton of cooking you may find it missing a few things, but overall was good. We will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful host. She was super responsive and even left the lights on for us as we arrived very late at night. Loved the extra touches for human and canine guests even though we didn’t bring our dogs.

This was a great stay that helped us stay cool when our AC went out. Chelsea helped us get into the house early and worked to help us check out later than 10 AM. This was so helpful when we needed a place to stay cool in the Oklahoma heat. The host was very responsive and made us felt taken care of. Wonderful hospitality that went above and beyond expectations. Also, the house was incredible! Great attention to detail and wonderful that our dog could come with us. Would 100% recommend if you are coming from out of town or if you are a local needing a place to crash for the night.

Tulsa had a horrible storm and the house was without power the day we were to check in. Chelsea updated us on the issue and notified us immediately when the power was restored. We were in Tulsa for a baseball tournament and did not want to spend several days in a hotel. Chelsea worked with us and adjusted our reservation, refunded a couple of nights and even allowed us to check in early in the morning in stead of the normal check in time. Lovely home, close to University of Tulsa and centrally located for all of our needs!

Enjoyed a long weekend in Tulsa. The home was just as described. Beautifully furnished and very homey. The sheets on the King bed are amazing! I actually got online and ordered a set before we left. Highly recommend the Wildflower Cafe for brunch. Nearby and everything we ordered was delicious. (You might call ahead and get your name on the list)

Felt safe the entire time! She gave great recommendations for places to eat out and things to do while we were there! The beds were Soo comfy! Slept great!!

This is a great place to stay in Tulsa! I loved this cottage, and the hosts thought of everything! I came unprepared for the rain and they had an umbrella I could borrow in sight. Place was well kept, clean, and perfectly matched the description. Chelsea was friendly and responsive. Lots of info about the area and where to eat + shop. Fantastic location! Best bed and pillows out of any Airbnb I have visited in OK. The best part for me was when I arrived late in the evening after work, the house was well lit and felt safe and cozy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! We were in town for AKC Agility Nationals and this was perfect! Cozy, comfortable and my dogs loved the yard! We were close to the Expo Center and many good restaurants. I will definitely stay again here next time!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of the house was especially great! A 10 minute drive to the Bob Dylan Museum and a 10 minute drive to the Gathering Place. Such a great place and a perfect little getaway I could not have been happier with our stay! Great host very communicative if you needed anything they were always willing to help. I sleep on hours and they answered me at 4 o’clock in the morning such an amazing assurance to know that if you need anything they will absolutely be there for you.

The house was very clean and everything the pictures showed. I was pleased to find that they don't use wallflowers or plugins too. The house smelt clean not full of fragrances. The yard was well kept and the it kitchen was well stocked with good cooking utensils. They even had laundry pods for our use too.

We are Tulsa natives! We decided to rent Chelsea’s house due to the space for our dogs and the cozy, spacious house and yard. We were in town visiting family and Chelsea was very accommodating during our stay. We felt very at home. Everything was as described. We will definitely stay again on our next trip back to OK!
